If you're planning a wedding, shower, gala, conference, or corporate event... And you're envisioning a style that's traditional, simple, contemporary, or organic... You're in luck! Variety is our spice of life.

 

We work on the smallest of details to ensure that, even if the overall theme of an event is the same, the decor will be entirely different.

 

And rather than pushing you into pre-set packages, we customize each proposal from the ground up, with only a $15,000 minimum spend* requirement ($20,000 for Sunday events + $30,000 for long distance "travel" events).

Here are a few of the core items we include in each and every proposal we create:

 

TO-SCALE MOCK UP01

We'll schedule a complimentary mock-up where we'll create one of your large floral arrangements and display your rental items so you know exactly how your event will look before the day even arrives. This meeting provides you with an opportunity to make adjustments to your floral arrangement, as needed, and make your final rental and linen selections.

LAYOUT DESIGN02

Not sure where to place the stage, dance floor and seating for guests for maximum impact? Not to mention to scale! We'll take care of that for you! We'll even determine, in advance, which tables are to receive which arrangement to make sure everything is placed to your liking. And we'll, of course, share it with your planner and venue to make sure everyone is on the same page.

SETUP & TEARDOWN03

Instead of worrying about how and when everything will get to the venue, or who's coming back to collect the vases at the end of the night, we'll work hand-in-hand with your vendor team to coordinate setup and teardown. So you can focus on enjoying the day and making memories - rather than wondering who will setup all 250 chairs. We've got it handled!
